We are proud to announce that PUHU Research & Consultancy joins the international ITEA project NARRATE, funded under TÜBİTAK 1509 – International Industry R&D Programme!
Within NARRATE, PUHU will design and develop the Cultural Context Analyzer Tool — an AI-driven system that interprets cultural, linguistic, and psychological patterns to better understand individuals’ values, motivations, and professional aspirations. This tool will support HR professionals in recognising how cultural background shapes communication styles, teamwork, and leadership potential. It will also empower employees to discover career paths aligned with their personal growth and self-actualisation. Our contribution focuses on developing AI models that “think with culture” — blending anthropology, cognitive science, and natural language processing to create context-aware, ethical, and human-centred AI systems.
