Dr. Seyhan Kayhan Kılıç is an ethnographer, writer, teacher, and research designer. She holds a doctorate in cultural anthropology from Istanbul Yeditepe University. Kayhan Kılıç worked as a professor of anthropology at universities in Turkey. She has numerous articles on cultural anthropology that were published in prestigious academic journals. She attended international and prestigious conferences in the field of cultural anthropology as a speaker. Her second career in digital media marketing is an attempt to combine her experience of over ten years as a qualitative research designer with quantitative research knowledge to be a part of customer-oriented projects. She explores people’s behaviors and motivations by conducting primary research methods such as field study, in-depth interviews, diary study, participatory observation, workshop, ethnography, survey, usability testing. She has expanded her research design skills by adding marketing research methods such as A/B testing and the other database market strategies in Digital Media Marketing.
